By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:
I. GeneralTerms of Service and prices are subject to change at anytime. You are only subject to the ToS and prices agreed upon at the time of the transaction.

I reserve the right to reject a commission for any reason.
✧
All artwork is transferred digitally.
II. PaymentPayments are handled on my Ko-Fi page via Paypal at checkout.

A spot for your commission is only saved once I've received the full payment.
III. DeadlinesDepending on my workload, the turnaround time should take no longer than 2 weeks.
IV. Copyright & Usage Policy
You must credit me/tag me when sharing or using the commissioned work.

Any characters portrayed in the commissioned work remain copyrighted to their rightful owners.

Purchases made through Ko-Fi grant you personal, non-commercial rights only. Any commercial use (including, but not limited to advertising, product sales, merchandising, branding or paid promotion) requires a separate commercial license purchase from me. To obtain the commercial license purchase the rights from me at 300% the original price via Paypal (credit is still required when using the work in any form commercially).

I reserve the right to my artwork and the right to post it on social media.

I reserve the right to stream, record and upload videos of the creation of the artwork.
(If you would like your commission to be private, please let me know!)
V. RefundsYou may receive a full refund only if I have not started your commission.

You may cancel the commission any time, after which I will issue a refund equivalent to the amount of work not done.
✧
I reserve the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.
✧
No refunds will be issued once artwork has been completed.
